Breathwork & Coaching
Do you…
…ever feel not enough, and yet somehow, too much?
…bend yourself to fit in, while simultaneously dimming yourself to be sure not to stand out?
…struggle to set a boundary, and then feel overwhelmed with guilt when you finally do?
…hand over your power and let others define your worth?
…let rejection linger— replaying conversations in your mind long after they happened, ruminating on what you did or didn’t say?
…still feel lost, unsure of yourself, or quietly unhappy despite your best efforts?
What if you didn’t have to carry all of that alone?
Imagine having someone you trust deeply—someone you can say the hard things to, even the ones you’ve never said out loud.
Someone who understands, not just intellectually, but from lived experience.
Someone who knows what it’s like to sit in discomfort and move through it.
What if you had a partner to help you navigate whatever you’re facing—even when the hardest place to be is inside your own mind?
A more peaceful life is possible—but it doesn’t happen by accident.
Through a combination of breathwork and coaching, you can begin to uncover what no longer serves you. Together, we gently identify the patterns, beliefs, and emotional weight you’ve been carrying—often for years.
And then, little by little, you set it down.
It’s like taking off a heavy backpack you didn’t even realize you were wearing and finally feeling the lightness in your being before you picked up all the stories and shame.
This work is powerful. And who you do it with matters.
Coaching and breathwork aren’t always easy—but they are deeply transformative.
With the right support, you can learn how to regulate your nervous system, quiet the mental noise, and reconnect with a steadier, more grounded version of yourself.
Meet Susie
As a Breathwork teacher, transformational coach, mother, and wellness advocate, I believe in a gentle approach to transformation and integration. My primary intention is to offer people a true sanctuary; a space where they can arrive exactly as they are—with no part, pattern, nor piece being too much or not enough to be worthy of our shared presence. The transformation that emerges from these spaces is not forced, but fostered intuitively and gradually through safety, compassion, and permission.
On the lifelong journey towards my own emotional and mental well-being, I organically encountered mindfulness, healing, and self-discovery. And while my heart was instantly open to these paths, my mind was simultaneously incredibly resistant. I understand how intimidating (and confronting) it can be to begin the process of accepting and attending to past pain, parts and patterns. And, I have also come to know the freedom, space and possibility that exist on the other side of living inside limiting beliefs, societal conditioning, and generational patterning. In immersing myself in my own path (and walking through the fires of resistance, doubt, and self-criticism), I not only encountered profound changes within and around me, but also the call to be of service to others.
I have studied and trained in different systems — Parts Work, intergenerational trauma, masculine and feminine archetypes, the Maiden/Mother/Crone framework, ceremonial breathwork, as well as the many initiations that came through mothering my own children while simultaneously re-mothering myself. I synthesize these systems and life experience into a grounded, supportive coaching container that holds people in their unique, emergent and sacred process of being human.
