Breathwork
Breathwork comes in many forms and is found in many lineages. The modality I teach offers a gentle, rhythmic, and reverent return to the heart. While the pattern of breath itself is quite simple, the process is profound in that it takes you beyond the default modes of the mind, and gives space for the body to feel, express, and release what it's been holding. The journey can be many things: subtle, activating, emotional, or deeply calming. You may feel energized, grounded, clear, or perhaps finally able to rest.
The experience is grounded in presence, guided by music, and deepened through ongoing permission to be as you are. My role is to create a space where you feel safe and held in whatever you express and unfold. While each journey is unique, people tend to experience a softening, a release, a remembrance, or a deeper connection to themselves. There is no one way, nor “right way” for the experience to unfold, only your way.
Overall, these breathwork journeys have the power to facilitate non-ordinary states of consciousness where the energetic, emotional, somatic, and spiritual dimensions of life can be experienced more directly. It is a transformative experience in and of itself, and also provides a path to embody and integrate the cognitive insights that come through coaching and therapy.
The Experience:
Each session is 75 minutes and unfolds in three simple phases:
Arrival
We begin with a brief check-in to ground, connect, and create a sense of safety. You’re invited to share as much or as little as you’d like.
The Breathwork Journey
You’ll lie comfortably, supported with bolsters, blankets, and an eye mask as I guide you through an active breathing practice (about 20–25 minutes).
Music supports the experience, helping you move through whatever arises—emotion, sensation, memory, or insight.
Integration + Rest
After the active breath, you’ll rest in stillness. This is where the body begins to integrate and recalibrate.
We close with optional sharing and space for reflection.
“Be humble for you are made of earth. Be noble for you are made of stars.”
The Invitation:
If you’re ready to allow your breath to reveal what your body has been holding, I’m here to guide you. No experience is needed, only an approach of curiosity and an open heart.
