Coaching is a space to gently untangle the beliefs, behaviors, and emotional loops that keep you feeling stuck— so you can return to a more grounded, authentic version of yourself,

As a transformational coach, mother, and wellness advocate, I believe in a gentle approach to transformation and integration. My deepest intention is to offer people a true sanctuary— a place where they are welcomed exactly as they are—with no part, pattern, nor piece being too much, or not enough, to be worthy of our shared presence. 

My work is rooted in the principles of the Wayfinder Life Coach Training, which means I don’t believe I have your answers— you do. Together, we create the conditions for those answers to emerge. 

What We Work With

This is not surface-level goal setting.

Together, we explore:

  • The “not enough / too much” narrative

  • Anxiety, overthinking, and looping thoughts

  • People-pleasing and giving your power away

  • Life transitions, identity shifts, and feeling lost

  • Emotional patterns rooted in family or generational dynamics

  • The tension between who you are and who you’ve learned to be

We bring awareness to what’s been running in the background—so you can choose something different.

How I Work

I blend coaching with breathwork and a strong, intuitive, body-based approach.

Our sessions may include:

  • Inquiry-based coaching

  • Parts work—meeting the different aspects of yourself with compassion

  • Nervous system awareness and regulation

  • Exploration of archetypes (masculine/feminine, Maiden/Mother/Crone)

  • Gentle integration of intergenerational patterns

  • Breathwork when it feels supportive

This work is collaborative, spacious, and responsive to you.
There is no rigid formula, only an attuned, supportive process.

My 1:1 coaching and breathwork sessions are offered virtually or in-person in the South Shore of Boston and on Nantucket Island. 

I assure you, there is no other way you need to arrive in these spaces besides exactly as you are.  And whenever you feel ready, I am here to welcome you, walk beside you, and reflect the wisdom within you until you can see, hear, and feel it on your own.
